Abstract

Teacher Competency Improvement Training in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Making Online Learning Media aims to provide teachers with understanding and skills in using digital technology and the internet to increase learning effectiveness. In the digital era that continues to grow, online learning media is an effective and relevant tool in education. This training will focus on the use of the latest technology and software that enables the creation of interactive, interesting and easily accessible learning media for students. Teachers will learn about the principles of online learning design, selecting appropriate learning platforms, developing multimedia content, integrating multimedia into teaching, and evaluating the effectiveness of online learning media.

During the training, participants will engage in theoretical and practical sessions. They will be introduced to basic concepts and strategies in making online learning media. In addition, they will be given the opportunity to develop and present online learning media based on material relevant to the subjects they teach. It is hoped that after attending this training, teachers will have a better understanding of the potential and benefits of using online learning media. They will be able to integrate technology into their daily learning processes and increase the effectiveness of their teaching through the use of online learning media. This training is expected to increase teachers' competence in the field of ICT and prepare them to face the challenges of education in the digital era. With the new skills acquired through this training, teachers will be able to create more engaging, interactive and adaptive learning experiences for their students.
