The increasing number of consumers in crowded markets is when everyone from various places close to Medan or outside the city arrives to fill the clothing to be purchased to celebrate Christmas and there are also consumers who have started preparing clothing to celebrate Chinese New Year which will soon be celebrated by Chinese residents, the purpose of this study
is to determine the effect of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions in crowded markets.
The method used in this research is qualitative method. The unit of analysis is crowded market visitors who aim to meet their clothing needs in 2022. The data collection technique is through distributing questionnaires and asking and answering questions to visitors who are choosing clothes. This study aims to determine the influence of consumer behavior in making decisions about the store services they shop. The results of the research are that shop owners serve consumers who visit their shops well so that consumers are comfortable with their services and will continue to subscribe to these stores.
